We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted and before digital product access, download links, license keys, or account access are provided.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because digital products may be delivered immediately after purchase, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted or after access, download, activation, redemption, or delivery has begun.
If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to refund, cancellation, or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal, internal, or permitted commercial use only, depending on the specific license rights stated in the product description or license file. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense, or commercially exploit any digital product unless the applicable product description or included license expressly permits such use.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

For digital products, no shipping or handling charges apply unless a physical item or separate delivery service is expressly included in your order.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY AND ACCESS
Digital products are delivered electronically. Delivery may occur through download links, email, account access, license keys, third-party platforms, online course access, membership access, or other digital delivery methods.
Digital delivery is generally provided after payment confirmation. However, delivery times may vary depending on payment approval, fraud screening, technical systems, email delivery, platform availability, account verification, or events outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account, device, software, browser, internet connection, and other tools required to receive, access, download, and use the digital product.
We are not responsible for failure or delay in digital delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, blocked emails, payment authorization delays, device issues, software incompatibility, internet connection issues, third-party platform issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
If you do not receive your digital product, download link, access code, license key, or account access after purchase, you should contact us at leegikk@gmail.com with your order number and purchase email.
SECTION 6 - LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services and digital products, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio, designs, templates, files, documents, software, course materials, downloadable materials, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by LEE KICHAN, operating ACE CREATOR VAULT, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the digital products you purchase solely for your personal or internal use, unless the applicable product description or included license expressly states otherwise.
Where a product description or included license expressly grants PLR, MRR, resale, commercial-use, or other extended rights, those rights apply only to that specific product and only within the limits stated in the applicable product description or license file. Rights granted for one product do not apply to any other product unless expressly stated.
You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, upload, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download for unauthorized purposes, store for redistribution, transmit, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise exploit any digital product or material from the Services without our prior written consent or without express permission under the applicable product license.
You must not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, watermarks, digital rights management tools, license notices, or proprietary notices included in the Services or digital products.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms or in the applicable product license, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of LEE KICHAN, ACE CREATOR VAULT, Shopify, or any third party.

ACE CREATOR VAULT's names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks, brand names, or brand assets of LEE KICHAN or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks or brand assets without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You agree not to misuse any digital product, download, license key, access code, account access, or other content provided through the Services.
You may not share, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, transmit, sublicense, transfer, lend, rent, lease, copy, scrape, extract, or otherwise make available any digital product or access credentials to any third party, unless expressly permitted in writing by us or expressly permitted by the applicable product license.
You may not bypass, disable, remove, interfere with, or circumvent any access control, download limitation, digital rights management tool, security feature, license verification, watermark, or technical protection measure.
You may not use the digital products in a way that infringes the rights of any third party, violates applicable law, facilitates fraud, misleads others, or harms the Services, Shopify, us, or other users.
We reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate access to digital products, accounts, license keys, or download links if we determine that you have violated these Terms or used the Services in an unauthorized manner.

You may be provided with access to customer tools or third-party tools as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

ACE CREATOR VAULT is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with LEE KICHAN, operating ACE CREATOR VAULT.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and LEE KICHAN, operating ACE CREATOR VAULT, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with LEE KICHAN, operating ACE CREATOR VAULT.

You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: License and Intellectual Property, Digital Product Use Restrictions, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
SECTION 18 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

SECTION 19 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
